1. INFORMATION TO THE USER
Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
PREMIUM DELEVENT, S.L. will be responsible for the processing of the personal data of those PERSONS who have proceeded to create a profile on any of its social networks, which will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), the Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD), and the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), providing the following information on the processing:
What do we process your personal data for?
Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and PREMIUM DELEVENT, S.L. (hereinafter the RESPONSIBLE PARTY) which may include the following operations:
- To process requests and enquiries made to the RESPONSIBLE PARTY.
- To inform about activities and events organised by the RESPONSIBLE PARTY.
- To inform about products or services offered by the RESPONSIBLE PARTY.
- To interact through official profiles
When the RESPONSIBLE PARTY collects and processes personal data through its social networks, USER will be informed about the purpose of the data collection, as well as about their rights in relation to their personal data. Personal data will only be used for the stated purposes and will be kept securely.
Legal Basis for Processing: the explicit consent given by the USER to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes (Article 6.1.a GDPR).
On the other hand, the USER can access the privacy policies of the social network itself at any time, as well as configure his/her profile to guarantee his/her privacy.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Data retention criteria: data will be kept for as long as the USER does not revoke the consent given as indicated in this privacy policy.
To whom do we provide your personal data?
Communication of data: the information provided by the USER through the RESPONSIBLE PARTY's social networks, including his/her personal data, may be published, always depending on the services that the USER uses, and may therefore be publicly available to other third party users of the social networks. From the profile of each social network, the USER can configure what information he/she wishes to make public in each case, view the permissions that have been granted, delete them or deactivate them, such as any third-party application that he/she no longer wishes to use.
However, no communication of personal data to third parties outside the social network is foreseen except, if it is essential for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the RESPONSIBLE PARTY has signed the confidentiality and processing manager contracts required by the current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
Rights of the USER: can only be exercised in relation to information that is under the control of the RESPONSIBLE PARTY.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of their data, and to limit or oppose its processing.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations in force.

2. USE OF THE PROFILE
The RESPONSIBLE PARTY will carry out the following actions:
- Access to the public information of the profile.
- Publication in the profile of the USER of all information already published in the RESPONSIBLE PARTY'S social network.
- Sending personal and individual messages through the social network channels.
- Updates to the status of the page, which will be published on the USER's profile.
The USER can always control his/her connections, delete content that is no longer of interest to him/her and restrict who he/she shares his/her connections with; to do so, he/she must access his/her settings where he/she will find different configuration possibilities in relation to the degree of privacy of the user's profile on the social network.
3. PUBLICATIONS
The purpose of the social networks is to give visibility and dissemination to the activities carried out by the RESPONSIBLE PARTY. These tools store personal data on the servers of the respective services and are governed by their own privacy policy.
The USER, once he/she is a follower or has joined the RESPONSIBLE PARTY's social network, will be able to publish comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the same. In all cases, the USER must be the owner of the published content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of the third parties concerned.
Any publication on the social network, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that violate or are likely to violate morals, ethics, good taste or decorum, and/or that infringe or violate intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image or the law, is expressly prohibited. Offensive, defamatory, illegal or inappropriate comments or content will not be tolerated on the Company's profiles. The Company reserves the right to remove such comments or content and block the responsible users.
In such cases, the RESPONSIBLE PARTY reserves the right to remove the content immediately, without prior notice, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.
The RESPONSIBLE PARTY is not responsible for the content freely published by the USER.
The USER must bear in mind that his/her publications will be known by other users, so he/she is the main responsible for his/her privacy.
The images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the RESPONSIBLE PARTY, but they will remain on the social network.
4. DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL ABILITIES
It is recommended that you review and read the terms of use and privacy policy of each social network at the time of registration, taking into account the different age requirements for registration.
Likewise, the RESPONSIBLE PARTY shall be expressly exonerated from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or persons with special abilities and whose access should be under the supervision and control of their legal representatives.
The RESPONSIBLE PARTY reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our social media profiles and/or our website.
