Reflections and Gratitude: A Year of Challenges and Growth at PREMIUM

Very good morning!

Beyond the material that concerns us on a daily basis, such as billing, costs, margin, new lines of business and so on, this is a good time to take a break, sit comfortably and do some reflections.

Reflect on work but in a practical sense, on what really matters. In my case, when I think about PREMIUM, I like to think about what has allowed us to get here, what difficulties we have overcome, what Clients have supported us, what we have done to take care of our employees and what challenges still lie ahead. I also force myself to think about what we have done wrong, what we have not gotten right, which Clients we have not considered enough or where we have not been up to par for our team.

If one does it with humility, one realizes the successes and the mistakes, the challenges achieved and the failures. I am very aware that when only thoughts of successes and challenges achieved invade you, it is an unequivocal sign that pride and meanness have conquered your humility and your values.

PREMIUM has continued to grow in 2024, and with it, investments in material, new and larger facilities, continuing with donations to entities in the third social sector and, fortunately, increasing the number of employees who earn their salary in the company every day. . I am proud to see that we continue to be the leading company in the sector and a national and international benchmark, although what satisfies me most is looking around me and seeing a team of great people and the best professionals in the sector.

To all of you, employees, clients, shareholders and collaborators, my most sincere gratitude. To those of you who are there and those who, for whatever reason, no longer appear in the end of the year photo. Without each and every one of you, we would not have gotten here.

On this occasion I do not want to talk about billing figures, nor the investments made, nor more and larger installations, nor the payments to suppliers carried out on time, nor the financial capacity, nor our extraordinary portfolio of Clients. of the market nor of the solidity that allows us to support all of the above.

I would like to share with you moments of our daily life, such as the tears of Fernando for whom we threw a small retirement party, the many entities to which we have supported this year with financial and material donations, the encouragement to those who have had health problems, the look of excitement on the faces of the young interns that we hire regularly and who bring us invaluable freshness, the joy of those to whom we offer a future with an indefinite contract, the pride of the employees when they show you something that have achieved or in what peak, or the expectation that is created in the confirmation of a large order or a new Client.

I am satisfied. The results are good, we continue to grow and lead the market, we are increasingly known outside our borders, we continue to create new lines of business regularly that ensure our future, we take care of and expand a magnificent team of people and all this in a work environment which I would have liked to have in the companies where I have been fortunate enough to work previously.

Sabemos que vivimos en un mundo fugaz y complejo, aunque lleno de oportunidades que debemos saber aprovechar. Un mundo en el que somos unos afortunados en todos los sentidos y que no sería justo, para nosotros ni para aquellos que no tienen la misma suerte, no saberlo valorar.

I want to close this message by deeply thanking my colleagues for their tenacity and effort, and our clients for their trust and loyalty because, both, they are the engine that drives PREMIUM to continue growing and achieve the objectives we have set for ourselves.
